Why don't you list prices?
Because the jobs aren't the same. Rebuilding a broken clip is an afternoon; engineering an investor-ready product with drawings, renders, and a working prototype is a project. A flat rate would overcharge the small job and starve the big one. You tell us which job yours is, and we price it for exactly that.
I don't have a file or CAD experience. Can I still start?
That's the point of us. A sketch, a photo, or the physical part is enough. Most clients never touch CAD, they describe the thing, approve the design, and get the files.
What rights do I get to the file?
Full commercial use rights in every format we deliver. Print it, sell what you make, forever. OSHiN retains rights to the base design. Want exclusive ownership, where we never reuse it? That is priced per project — ask when you get your quote and we will put a number on it. Either way, the design fee credits back if we run your production of 50+.
How fast?
Fixes typically move in days. Product and launch work gets a real timeline in the quote, and a straight answer if your deadline isn't possible.

Building something proprietary or patent-sensitive? Ask for exclusive ownership before design begins — it is priced per project, and it is far cheaper to scope at the start than to renegotiate around a file that already exists.

Where you stand if it goes wrong
- A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothingSend a photo. If it is not worth doing, we will tell you that instead of quoting it.
- We fix our mistakesA defect in our workmanship gets reprinted or refunded within 7 days of you receiving it. Garments you supply yourself are printed at your risk.
- First-article approval on runsAvailable for production runs. When it is included in your quote, quantity production begins only after you approve the first part.
