The short list, and how to say no.
The short version
We use a handful of first-party cookies to run the site and to see which of our efforts bring in work. If you accept analytics, we also load Google Analytics. No advertising networks, and no data sold to anyone.
Essential
These keep the site working: your session while you fill in a form, and your admin login if you are staff. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
How you found us
One cookie remembers the channel that first brought you here — a search, our Google Business listing, a referral, a campaign link — so we can tell which of our efforts actually bring in work. It holds no name, email, or phone. This one is non-essential and you can decline it.
Google Analytics
If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7JRRPZ06K2). It sets its own cookies and tells us which pages people visit and how they got there. It runs on our public pages only — never on the admin or order-status pages — and your IP is anonymised. Choose Essential only and the script is never requested at all. You can change your mind any time from the banner.
What we do not use
No Facebook pixel, no Google Ads remarketing, no third-party analytics, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
Declining
Choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner, or clear cookies for this site in your browser. Declining does not change what you pay or how your job is handled.
