Terms of Service
The agreement between you and OSHiN when you order work from us.
Who we are
OSHiN ("we", "us") is a custom manufacturing and print shop operating in Decatur, Georgia. These Terms apply whenever you request a quote, place an order, buy a file, or subscribe to a membership with us.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. If the real job differs — different quantity, different material, artwork that needs rebuilding — we will tell you before we proceed and re-quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include sales tax unless shown.
Deposits and payment
Production begins once the agreed deposit is received. The balance is due on the terms shown on your invoice. We accept card, and other methods by arrangement. Work may pause if a balance is past due.
Your artwork and files
You are responsible for having the right to use anything you send us. By sending artwork, a photo, a logo, or a file, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for claims arising from it. We may decline work we believe infringes someone else's rights.
Files we create for you
When we design a file for you, the rights you receive are stated on your invoice for that job. Our standard grant is full commercial use rights, with OSHiN retaining rights to the base design. Exclusive ownership is available as a paid add-on. See the File Licence page for the full detail.
Approvals and proofs
Where a proof or first article is provided, production follows what you approved. We are not responsible for errors you approved, including spelling, colour choice, sizing, and placement.
Turnaround and deadlines
We quote realistic dates and tell you promptly if something slips. We are not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or information and approvals we are waiting on from you.
Colour and material variation
Printing and 3D printing have natural variation. Colour matching is done to a close commercial standard, not an exact one, and material batches can differ slightly in shade and finish. Small variation is not a defect.
Reprints, defects and returns
Custom work is made to order and is not returnable for change of mind. If we made a genuine mistake — wrong item, wrong placement, a defect in our workmanship — tell us within 7 days of receipt and we will reprint or refund that portion. Customer-supplied garments are printed at your risk; we replace our ink and labour, not your blanks.
Cancellation
You may cancel before production starts and we will refund your deposit less any design time, screens, or materials already committed. Once production has started, the order is payable.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
Subscriptions
Memberships bill monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Allowances do not roll over unless stated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it, and each acceptance is recorded with its version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
