Exactly what you can do with a file we design, or a file you buy from the library.
The two tiers
Every file we deliver comes under one of two tiers, and your invoice states which one applies to your job. If your invoice does not say, the Standard tier applies.
Standard — full commercial use rights
You may print the design, in any quantity, forever, and sell the physical items you make from it. You may print it yourself or have any shop print it. You do not need to credit us. OSHiN retains rights to the base design and may reuse or license that base design, including selling it in our own file library.
Exclusive — you own the base design outright
Available as a paid add-on on any file project. OSHiN assigns the design to you and does not reuse it, does not resell it, and does not put it in the library. Once a project is exclusive it stays exclusive.
What neither tier allows
Neither tier lets you resell the digital FILE itself as a file, or upload it to a model-sharing or file-marketplace site. You are selling what you make, not the blueprint. Exclusive-tier customers own the design and this restriction no longer applies to them.
Files bought from our library
Library files come under the Standard tier: print them, sell what you make, forever, and OSHiN keeps the base design. Delivery and payment for library files are handled by Gumroad.
Files you supply to us
Files you send us stay yours. We use them only to produce your job, and we do not sell, license, or run them for anyone else.
Rights you assert
You are responsible for having the right to what you ask us to make. See the "Your artwork and files" section of the Terms of Service.
