Have your file? · Decatur, GA

Send the file today. Small prints, often ready tomorrow.

Small prints start at $40, which covers the first two hours of machine time, then $5 an hour after. No minimum order and no tooling cost. Upload what you have — an STL, a STEP, a photo, a sketch on a napkin — and we tell you the price and the date. No file yet? That's where every job starts. Printing every month? The Print Club makes it flat.

Order before 11am and today counts as a production day.

What we print

If it's plastic, start here.

Production runs

1 to 5,000 units, no tooling cost. The sweet spot for getting real units into customers' hands before you pay for a mold.

Bridge manufacturing

Post-prototype, pre-injection-mold. Ship product now while the tooling gets sorted, or skip the mold entirely.

End-use parts

Not just models, parts that go into service and stay there, in the right material for the job.

Obsolete & replacement parts

The machine runs, the part is discontinued. Appliance, industrial, marine, RV, automotive restoration.

Overflow contract work

Running a farm at capacity? Send the file, count, and deadline, white-label, blind drop-ship.

The quiet money

Jigs, fixtures & tooling.

The parts that never leave a shop floor but make everything else faster and more accurate. If your process needs a custom fixture, we make it.

Assembly fixtures & alignment jigs

Hold parts square, speed the line, cut scrap.

Drill guides & soft jaws

Repeatable holes and secure work-holding for your machines.

Go / no-go gauges

Fast pass-fail checks on the floor, made to your dimensions.

Casting patterns & mold masters

Lost-PLA and investment patterns, silicone mold masters, vacuum-form bucks.

Rapid mold inserts

Bridge tooling for short injection runs without full hard tooling.

Jigs for other shops

Screen-print platens, garment and sublimation jigs, tooling for the trade.

Materials

Picked for the job, not the datasheet.

PLA DETAIL · DISPLAYPETG TOUGH · OUTDOORABS / ASA HEAT · UVPolycarbonate IMPACT · HIGH TEMPTPU FLEXIBLE · SEALSCF Nylon STIFF · WEARPA / Nylon DURABLEMulti-material COLOR

Tell us what the part does, how hot it gets, what it touches, whether it flexes, and we'll tell you which one to run. If none of them fit, we'll say so instead of selling you a run that fails in the field.

  • First-article approval is available for production runs. When it is in your quote, nothing is made in quantity until you have approved the first part.
  • Large-format pieces split, printed, and bonded.
  • Multi-part assemblies fitted and bonded in-house.
  • Reorders from your saved file, no re-setup.

How it goes

File in, parts out.

01

Send what you have

STEP, STL, 3MF, or a photo, sketch, or the part itself. No file is fine; that's file creation.

02

Free quote, fast

Price, material call, and a real date. No tooling line, no setup surprise.

03

First-article approval

Available on production runs, and quoted when it is. We print one, you check it against the drawing and the real assembly, and only then do we run the batch.

04

Pick up or we ship

Local pickup in Decatur, or boxed and shipped. Drop-ship to your customer available.

Questions

Before you send the file

What does 3D printing cost?

It depends on the part and the count, and the per-piece price drops hard as the count climbs. That's where the value is. Tell us the quantity you actually want and we'll show you exactly where the price breaks land for your job.

How many units can you run?

From a single prototype to production runs of 5,000+ on FDM, with no tooling cost. Larger volumes are quoted on a schedule, and we'll flag when an outsourced process (SLS, injection molding) beats FDM on price.

Can you hold tolerance?

Tell us which dimensions matter and what the part mates to. We'll tell you honestly what we can hold in the material you need, typically around ±0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM, and the first article is where you verify it on the real assembly.

What if I don't have a 3D file?

Most people don't. Send a sketch, a photo, or the broken part and we'll build the model, see 3D file creation. On runs of 50 units or more, that design work comes off the production invoice.

Do you keep my file?

We keep it so reorders don't start from zero. You get full commercial use rights to it. Print it, sell what you make, forever. OSHiN retains rights to the base design; want it exclusive so we never reuse it? That's an add-on.

What if you can't print what I need?

We broker it. SLA resin, SLS/MJF nylon, metal DMLS, CNC, and urethane casting quote out through our partners and we manage the job, same contact, one invoice.

How pricing works

Two systems, and which one applies to you.

One-off jobs

A $40 service charge covers the first two machine hours, then $5 per additional machine hour. Material, setup, special handling and any outsourced process are quoted on top. There is no quantity minimum — one part is a valid order.

Print Club

A different system: a published monthly allowance of build plates and a faster production target, from $29 a month. Worth it once you print regularly rather than once. See the five levels →

What you get when you send a file

  • A price and a date before you commitNo waiting on a quote to learn whether this was ever affordable.
  • No quantity minimumOne part is a valid order. The minimum service charge is $40, which covers the first two machine hours.
  • No tooling cost, everNothing to amortise. The tenth part costs what the tenth part costs.
  • First-article approval, available on runsWhen it is in your quote, you see and hold one before we run five hundred.
  • We keep your file for reordersThe second order is a message, not a project.
  • Full commercial use rightsPrint it, sell what you make, forever. Exclusive ownership is available as an upgrade.
  • We broker what we cannot printResin, SLS nylon, metal, CNC. One contact and one invoice, even when the machine is not ours.
  • We say no when FDM is the wrong answerYou get told another process is cheaper, instead of being sold this one.

Machine time is $40 for the first two hours, then $5 an hour after, plus material. That $40 is the floor for a small print.

Where you stand if it goes wrong

  • A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothingSend a photo. If it is not worth doing, we will tell you that instead of quoting it.
  • We fix our mistakesA defect in our workmanship gets reprinted or refunded within 7 days of you receiving it. Garments you supply yourself are printed at your risk.
  • First-article approval on runsAvailable for production runs. When it is included in your quote, quantity production begins only after you approve the first part.

Custom work is made to order, so it is not returnable for a change of mind — the full terms are here, in plain English.
